Product Description

ith a simple and clearly structured user interface and ideal for managers and machine operators. The software supports all PRUFTECHNIK online condition monitoring systems including VIBGUARD IIoT (20 and 16 channels), VIBGUARD compact, and VIBRONET Signalmaster.

All that is needed to obtain real-time data via the server is an up-to-date browser as well as a user name and a password. OMNITREND Asset View communicates via the modern IIoT interface MQTT for worldwide access and remote overview.

The user interface features a clearly structured design. A traffic light function gives a quick overview of the current condition of the monitored assets. Threshold violations can be acknowledged.

Technology

OMNITREND Asset View can be used on any up-to-date browser no matter whether Android, iOS or desktop version. The software can be downloaded for free from the PRUFTECHNIK software download section. It is compatible to all PRUFTECHNIK online condition monitoring systems featuring the MQTT-protocol interface. Already existing PRUFTECHNIK online condition monitoring systems can easily be upgraded for free with the MQTT-protocol to connect with the OMNITREND Asset View software. The inherent MQTT interface is the baselayer for all Industry 4.0 environments.
