The Rotalign Touch by PRUFTECHNIK is a handheld device that can be used for precision laser alignment of rotating assembly. It functions by using a laser and receiver mounted on either ends of the shaft which requires aligning. When the shaft is rotated in the normal direction of operation, the receiver detects any vertical or horizontal offset and angularity between the two ends of the shaft and displays this data real time on the screen. Due to the advanced technology, repeatable readings with a standard deviation of <1 is obtained. This extremely accurate data can be collected regardless of the situation due to the new IntelliSweep feature, which allows for continuous data collection while the shaft is being turned. The Rotalign Touch also has a soft foot wizard which easily detects any soft feet and allows for superb correction of this issue. The results are displayed in a 3-Dimensional or 2-Dimensional format for ease of understanding and has a move function which allows the user to measure any changes in the alignment during the process of adjusting. All data is recorded, and a PDF Report is generated instantly upon completion of the alignment job.

Furthermore, we provide the services of levelling, flatness, straightness, parallelism and perpendicularity via our LEVALIGN which uses a spinning laser which aids in machinery longevity and smooth operation.
Also, we offer Pulley Alignment Services to apply corrective measures to mis-aligned pulley systems via the use of PULLALIGN which uses reflective beam technology for maximum corrective action.
Into the bargain, we also offer advanced measuring capabilities that can measure surfaces of any inclination via the use of our INCLINEO inclinometer which is ideally suited for flatness and angle measurement.
Over and above, we provide Bore Alignment services via the aid of CENTRALIGN Ultra Expert that is specifically designed for alignment of steam and gas turbines and is used for precise alignment of internal elements of turbines such as bearings, diaphragms, inner shells and casings. Additionally, we are equipped with a CENTRALIGN Ultra Standard which uses a laser beam and patented universal pointer brackets eliminates mechanical play, optical and sag errors.
